ACOMPAÑAMIENTO
SUPPORT
Nuestro asesor te acompañará presencial o telemáticamente durante las visitas de las propiedades en las que estés interesad@. Durante la visita, te proporcionaremos información detallada sobre la propiedad (características, dimensiones, distribución, estado de conservación y cualquier duda que pueda surgirte). Además, te proporcionaremos asesoramiento sobre el valor de mercado de la propiedad y las negociaciones de precios y términos.
Our advisor will accompany you either in person or remotely during property viewings you're interested in. During the visit, we'll provide you with detailed information about the property (features, dimensions, layout, condition, and address any questions you may have). Additionally, we'll offer guidance on the market value of the property and assist with price negotiations and terms.

Nuestro objetivo es garantizar tu satisfacción y ofrecerte soluciones rápidas a los problemas que puedan surgir en el inmueble.
We want to ensure that you are satisfied with the property you have rented or purchased, so we offer assistance during the first 30 days. During this period, we will help you resolve any issues that may arise with the property and ensure that you receive assistance in resolving them. Our goal is to guarantee your satisfaction and provide you with quick solutions to any problems that may arise in the property.

Nuestra misión es facilitar la comunicación entre los clientes y las Inmobiliarias que tienen inmuebles (casas, pisos, dúplex, garajes, parkings, locales...) en alquiler o venta; para que el proceso de compra o alquiler sea lo más sencillo posible. Incluso podemos valorar opciones de alquiler temporal para facilitar el traslado en el caso de compra de un activo. Estamos acostumbrados a tratar con agentes inmobiliarios y con Family Offices que gestionan gran cantidad de bienes raíces, interpretamos tasaciones de propiedades facilitadas por las agencias y os asesoramos en todos los ámbitos.
Our mission is to facilitate communication between clients and real estate agencies that have properties (houses, apartments, duplexes, garages, parking spaces, commercial premises...) for rent or sale, making the buying or renting process as simple as possible. We can even explore temporary rental options to facilitate the relocation in the case of purchasing a property. We are accustomed to dealing with real estate agents and family offices that manage a large number of properties. We interpret property appraisals provided by agencies and provide comprehensive advice in all areas.
